Arquivos Brasileiros de Cardiologia (ABC Cardiol) is launching the Assistant Editors Program, aimed at strengthening the integration between Graduate Programs in health-related fields and Brazil’s leading scientific journal in cardiology.

The program seeks to improve editorial efficiency, encourage the participation of experienced researchers, and further strengthen the connection between Graduate Programs (PPG) and ABC Cardiol.

Who can apply?

• Coordinators or representatives appointed by Graduate Programs in the eligible areas (Medicine I, Medicine III, Nursing, Physical Education, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Occupational Therapy, and Public Health)
• With scientific production in the field of cardiovascular sciences

What will you do in the program?

• Work alongside Associate Editors in editorial decision-making
• Recommend reviewers affiliated with the Graduate Programs
• Identify relevant themes for reviews and scientific collaborations
• Select congress abstracts with potential for publication
• Participate in ABC Cardiol Em Foco
• Help develop guidelines for the Thesis and Dissertation Awards
• Support the ABC Cardiol Early Career Program
